– No Limits to the Number of Rewards Customers Can Earn –
Refer a friend and rake in the rewards. When current Reliant customers
refer friends and family to Reliant through the Customer Referral
Program, both sides receive a $50 Reliant Thank You Card to apply toward
a Reliant bill. It’s a win-win.
The program works in three easy steps:
1. A customer provides his or her referral ID to a family member or
friend through the easiest method, i.e., phone call, text, email or
referral card.
2. When that individual calls 1-866-RELIANT or visits www.reliant.com/friend50
and uses the referral ID to enroll in a term plan with Reliant, both
parties each receive a $50 Reliant Thank You Card to apply toward a
future Reliant bill.
3. Keep referring! There are no limits to the number of Reliant Thank
You Cards someone can earn.
The residential electricity service must be active for three days before
eligibility kicks in, and the Reliant Thank You Card will be mailed
within four to six weeks
“At Reliant, we don’t take a single customer or recommendation for
granted,” said Elizabeth Killinger, president of Reliant. “By rewarding
both sides in a referral, we want everyone to feel welcomed and
appreciated in the Reliant family.”
Over the last four years, Reliant has consistently achieved the Public
Utility Commission of Texas’ “Lowest Complaint Rate” designation on the
Power to Choose website, which measures the number of complaints per
1,000 customers on a rolling six month average.
